  We would be pleased to receive your orders by e-mail. Ticket orders will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis while supplies last.

  The box-office will be open three hours before beginning of the evening performances.
  During the summer reduced opening hours from 9 to 2 p.m. during July and August.
  From Mon 9 July until Wed 15 August 2012 the box office is closed.

We reserve the right to change dates, programme and cast. Any alterations do not entitle you to return and/or exchange of tickets (season and single tickets). Short-term programme and any changes to the cast will be announced at menu item Programme. Paid tickets cannot be exchanged or returned. If a performance is cancelled, you can return your tickets post-free to Festspielhaus St Pölten, Kartenverkauf (sale of tickets), Kulturbezirk 2, 3100 St Pölten, stating your account number and bank data for a refund. In buying a ticket you accept the house rules as well as the general terms and conditions of the Festspielhaus St Pölten. You can access these at the box office of the Festspielhaus.
