What might it be like to be a bird? To simply fly away and be free of all your worries? In Birdboy the choreographer Emma Martin takes us on a journey through the thoughts of one lonely child. This is a world where doubts, worries and fantasies are all stirred up together, where an abandoned car comes to life and fabulous feather-light creatures whirl through the air. A dance piece that celebrates the unlimited power of the imagination.
