From the station (exit marked: Richtung Zentrum) walk left as far as the Sparkassenpark. From there a path with signposts marked Kulturbezirk will lead you to the cultural quarter (via the Sparkassenpark, Parkpromenade, Hammerweg).
Or you can take a taxi! There is a taxi stand directly in front of the station.
