Start the new year together, listen to lively music and be part of the performance yourself – the Tonkünstler-Orchester Niederösterreich invites you to this enjoyable programme again this year!  

Grandparents, parents, children and grandchildren: the whole family is welcome at this New Year's concert. The stories told here inspire all generations, year after year, at more and more venues in Lower Austria. The exhilarating sound of the large symphony orchestra, accompanied by waltzes, polkas, gallops and everything else the popular New Year's repertoire has to offer, makes for an entertaining and stimulating musical experience. It brings people together, is fun and puts everyone in a good mood! 

For 15 years, Tonspiele – the music education programme of the Tonkünstler-Orchester – has been building bridges between classical music and its young and young-at-heart audience. In moderated and staged concerts as well as in interactive workshops for all school levels, the focus is on independent activity and experimentation.
