Der Nussknacker

A nutcracker? That’s meant to be a Christmas present? What can you use it for? Cracking nuts, but what else? Stick it on the shelf. Right at the top, next to the old books that have already been read a thousand times or have never been opened. Although: it’s going to get dusty there. Maybe it would be better off in the drawer, where nobody will see it. Out of sight, out of mind … No chance! The theatre company Studio Keck and a string quartet from the Tonkunstler Orchestra will now dust off the bookshelf, take the nutcracker out of the drawer, and tell their own playful and poetic version of the well-known Christmas fairy tale.
