Music/Crossover Like no other ensemble, the Herbert Pixner Project spans the spectrum from Alpine folk music to jazz, blues, rock and flamenco. For 20 years, the ensemble led by the South Tyrolean multi-instrumentalist and composer has been thrilling audiences with its unmistakable mix of styles and virtuoso improvisation. Together with the Tonkünstler Orchester Niederösterreich, it is now once again filling the Alps with symphonic power: after a completely sold-out concert in spring 2023, Symphonic Alps is returning to the Festspielhaus St. Pölten – as a ‘reloaded’ version with musical surprises and fresh arrangements!
