With BLKDOG, award-winning choreographer Botis Seva creates a gripping, intense dance performance that explores the dark sides of self-discovery. The powerful hip-hop choreography, set to music and lyrics by Torben Sylvest, takes the audience on a journey through traumatic childhood memories and the challenges of adult life. With great emotional clarity, the piece offers an unflinching view of this quest for self-realisation and the fragility that lies beneath.

Botis Seva, born in London, is a choreographer and dancer working at the intersection of hip-hop and contemporary dance. As one of the most influential Black British choreographers, he has had a significant impact on hip-hop dance theatre both nationally and internationally, and regularly works as a guest choreographer with companies such as the Nederlands Dans Theater and the GöteborgsOperans Danskompani.
