Winter-Werkschau

200 people on stage, a passionate audience and an unstoppable energy filling the auditorium: at the Winter-Werkschau (‘Winter-Showcase’), we celebrate the Festspielhaus and the community that is growing there.

Dance and music enthusiasts regularly meet on our rehearsal stages in five different communities. Under professional guidance, they sing, dance or write – and in doing so, they jointly develop powerful, expressive images which they weave together into coherent choreographies, texts and musical pieces.

At the Winter-Showcase, the participants present what they have worked on over the past year and capture together what moves them. They don’t just write it down, but also embody it through choreography. Let’s support one another! Vocally, in the line while dancing, in the embrace during the pas de deux, or in our weekly gatherings.
